Museum curriculum is available on our website: www.schoolinthepark.net and is also linked directly to the schools’ websites. Teachers are encouraged to regularly check the websites for updates and additional information regarding museum events, family activities, research, podcasts, photos, etc. In addition, the SITP staff is committed to working directly with teachers individually or as grade levels to collaborate on providing the best possible educational opportunities for our students. The primary role of the Museum Educator is to create and implement a curriculum that addresses appropriate grade level state standards while utilizing the tremendous resources of their museums/educational institutions and Balboa Park.
